Today, Monday, September 21, 2015, Nollywood actress-cum-model, Mbong Amata turned a year older.

The single mother of one, who was once married to prolific filmmaker, Jeta Amata, shared some lovely pictures on her social media page and as well admitted she has been enjoying the best life could offer since she divorced her husband.

“Wow! it's been quite a year of growth and I am very indebted and thankful to God who saw my wings even before I did. Thank you to every one of you who took a chance, believed in me and held my hand through all my mistakes.

“God knows I am in such a great place in my life right now and I couldn't be happier. It's my birthday today and I am feeling way blessed!” she said.
