Talented Nollywood actor, Chigozie Atuanya, is set to give his late father a befitting burial later in the month.

The father of the tall and handsome actor, Elder Dominic Nonyelum Atuanya, died at about 5pm on Thursday, February 5, 2015 after a brief illness.

The deceased, aged 77, was a native of Agu-Ukwu Nri in Anambra State. He died at a private hospital in the state.

Six months after his demise, the Atuanya family is ready to bury the man and perform all other burial rites needed as required by the Igbo tradition.

In a message obtained by Nollywoodgists.com, a Christian wake in honour of Pa Atuanya will hold on Wednesday, August, 26, 2015, by 6pm at his residence in Akamkpisi Agbani Village in NRI, Anaocha LGA of Anambra State.

This would be followed by a lying in state/requiem service/internment on Thursday, August 27, by 10am.
