TV Host, Toni Payne is one celebrity who has had it rough over time in her relationships.

Recall that shortly after she had a bitter taste of marriage in the hands of Gongo Aso crooner, Abolore Akande popularly known as 9ice, a union that left the duo at the mercy of bad press as a result of the controversy it generated, the former artistes manager seems to have given up on Nigerian men based on her past experiences with them.

The stylish Chic took to micro-blogging site, Twitter on Sunday, 2nd of August, 2015 to bare her mind.

“ Mehn I'm starting to doubt if I can fall in love with or want a Naija man. No interest whatsoever! Kinda sucks to feel that way * sad face*

It's not about not being ready… It's more a lack of interest. Like I hear he's Naija and run. It's so sad”. She fumes

She further tweeted thus : “ I have tried love… I know what it got me… I have my own money but I won't date anyone who doesn't have their $$ dollars together “. She squealed.

She concluded her series of tweets with thus: “ I dunno maybe God will turn my heart soon but I seriously doubt it. It's kinda already a 'thing' for me not to be attracted to them 'tears' . “she concluded.

It would be recalled that Toni Payne and 9ice parted ways in 2010. Those in the know claimed then that Tonie was sent out of her matrimonial home by her Mother-In- Law who has a stronghold on her children including the highly revered singer, 9ice.

Against all odds, their marriage produced a boy, zion.

Based on the successful Business woman recent tweets, I guess we don't need a soothsayer to know Toni has revived her confidence; groove and natural endowment which it seemed her marriage and Nigerian men had robbed her of.
