Why I Almost Quit Nollywood...Joke Silva
Veteran Nollywood actress, Joke Silva, has disclosed that her achievements today have been as a result of hard work and persistence.
The lovely diva explained that while coming up in the industry, things were not easy for her that at some point, she was no longer getting movie roles and she almost wanted to withdraw from acting.
She expressed that rather than take a drastic decision of blackout, she decided to find herself some other things to do just to keep herself busy until some point, things began to change.
“It was really tough. It got to a point in time that it was almost impossible to get jobs. It went on like that. I had to find other things to do, but after a while things became stable. But I must confess, it was really tough at the beginning,” she said.
