Still pondering on an agreeable amount that he could drop on the table to acquire top English football club, Arsenal, Nigerian billionaire, Aliko Dangote, has disclosed that he would pay the club is asking for base on certain conditions.

The top African Billionaire some months back sent the internet into frenzy when he revealed his interest in bidding for English Premiere League club, Arsenal.

He told BBC Hausa radio on Tuesday that once his refinery is in motion, he will have enough time and resources to put on the club's table.

“When we get this refinery on track, I will have enough time and enough resources to pay what they are asking for. They are doing well, but they need another strategic direction. They need more direction than the current situation, where they just develop players and sell them.” he told BBC Hausa.
