Audu Maikori is the brain the success of artistes such as Ice Prince, M.I, Jesse Jagz who are signed on to his record label, Chocolate City. He is also an entertainment lawyer that graduated from University of Jos, Nigeria.

The music mogul, in a recent development has become an advocate for safe food style has he revealed that he was shocked at the results he got after undergoing a medical check-up.

Audu Maikori said, "Brothers and sisters watch your diet. Seriously! We eat a load of crap thinking we are lounging but we don't realize we may be eating ourselves to death. Did a check up recently and I was shocked at the results. Too much salt, not enough water, cut down on meat, eat more fish.

"So as a fellow who is very guided I have switched my diet. Have to learn to ignore that my Suya guy henceforth or change the route I usually use to go home. Half vegetarian. To be an octogenarian, stop eating like a typical Nigerian."

He had announced some weeks ago that he was stepping down as the chief executive officer of the music label to allow the younger generation develop the entertainment industry. Many are tipping M.I to take over his vacated post.
