Precisely on Sunday, March 29, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam, a candidate contesting for Nkanu East/West Federal House of Representative under PDP was caught by the military for illegal possession of about 4000 Permanent Voters Card (PVC) at Ozalla , Nkanu East LGA Enugu State.

The accused politician is the immediate past Commissioner for Land in Enugu State.

Few weeks after the general elections, it was revealed that Dr. Ujam has since been given his certificate of return by INEC, after an alleged failed attempt to rig the election.

Which means he has authoritatively become one of the law makers in Enugu State.

Nigerians who seem surprised and worried have been kicking against such on injustice and wants INEC to clarify the reasons they issued the 'culprit' the certificate.
