I Did Not Support President Jonathan for Money...Gospel Singer, Anne Ibrahim
Fast rising and popular Gospel musician, Anne Ibrahim popularly known as Anny Love, has expressed her sadness over the way celebrities are being bullied for expressing their choice of candidate in the 2015 elections in Nigeria especially if the candidate does not win.
The singer explained since the country is under democratic rule, everyone is entitled to air their opinion and should not be attacked for supporting whoever they wish for.
She noted that she has no regrets for supporting President Goodluck Jonathan during the Presidential elections in March 28th, as she sees him as a good man with a good heart.
When asked she is now enjoying her campaign money, the singer stressed that she never fed herself on the campaign money because she had been approached by the All Progressive Congress where she turned them down.
“I didn't feed fat on the campaign monies. I didn't support him for what I was going to get or else I would have gone for the APC when I was approached,” she told Dailyindependent.
