Darey Art Alade, Dede Mabiaku ‘Doze Off’ During Nigerian Idol Show
Two judges on the on-going Nigerian Idol Season 5 reality show; Dede Mabiaku, an Afrobeat maestro and Darey Art Alade, an RnB star in Nigeria, could not hold back their disappointments over the poor performance put up by one of the contestants, Iheanacho Nancy, whose stage name is Nana.
The two judges, who were not 'feeling' Nana's performance, 'dozed off' to show to the contestant how awful her presentation was.
Interestingly, Nana has auditioned for the past three editions of the Nigerian Idol competition. The 23 years old lady performed the 'Bin, Bing, Bang' song by Katy Tiz, but she did not impress the judges enough to get their nods.
“You sang like you were singing to yourself. You have a lot to offer, not this. Even your auditions were better than this,” Yinka Davies told her.
