Since the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced Muhammadu Buhari as winner of the presidential election held last Saturday, more entertainers have continued to send their warm messages to him.
The showbiz personalities have also commended President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for being humble enough to accept defeat.
Some of the stars took to their social media platforms to expressed their joy over the process that produced the president-elect.

Renowned RnB artiste, Asa, said, "I am proud of my country! Nigeria decided in peace. Congratulations to president elect Gen Buhari. Thank you president Jonathan for conceding."

Afro Pop act, 2Face Idibia said, "I want to say congrats to these 2 true Nigerians. Congratulations to GEJ for (conducting) the most free and fairest elections in Naija (Nigeria) and congratulations to GMB as the new president-elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Long live Nigeria!!! No go kill yourself for anybody. Maximum respect to (Prof.) Jega."

'Sho lee' crooner, Sean Tizzle, said, "Up All Progressives Congress of Nigeria. The winning team is in the building!!! Time to bring out your brooms and clean up this mess!!!"

Michael Collins also known as Don Jazzy wrote, "I respect President Goodluck Jonathan for taking the result well, sha... God bless."

Radio and TV show host, IK Osakioduwa stated, "Congratulations to all Nigerians. Today, we have shown that we are able to have differing opinions but still maintain our respect for choice."

Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic, said, "Congratulations to General Muhammadu Buhari. Thanks President Jonathan for conceding honourably. God bless Nigeria."

On the part of D'Banj, he wrote, "I have never been more proud to be a Nigerian than this Moment! History has been made. I am definitely feeling the nation!"
