It is no longer news that Nollywood actor, Chet Bashari Anekwe and his wife, Rebekah Anekwe welcomed their first child together few days ago.

The US-based actor, whose works span Hollywood, Nollywood and the New York Theatre, had earlier announced the good news on Instagram, hinting that the baby weighed 8.3lbs at birth. He also disclosed that the child was delivered on March 10, 2015, and has been named Bashari Grayson Anekwe.

The excited father is still basking in the euphoria of his upgraded status as a proud daddy and he whispers his joy to every ear that cares to listen.

This is the couple's first child together and the third child for Chet who has two daughters from a previous relationship.
