Manager of sultry Nollywood star, Rita Dominic, Mildred Okwo, has said she will cast her vote for President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in the forthcoming presidential election.

Mildred co-produced award-winning movie, 'The Meeting', with Rita Dominic.

Jonathan is contesting in the election as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

In a chat with True Nollywood Stories, she cited that the profession of filmmaking in Nigeria has received unprecedented support from the President.

“Oh yes, I am willing to go on record. It is GEJ till 2019! In fact, I will be stupid to vote for anybody else. I will vote for GEJ because no other party has shown interest in what I do for a living and again, GEJ has done a lot of things for this country which he is not getting credit for because he is not shouting and making noise about them.

“To me, going to the other party would be a drag back and I'm not comfortable with that. So, I believe in GEJ and I feel if given another chance, he would do even better,” the highly principled and disciplined filmmaker said.
