Richard Mofe Damijo popularly known as RMD was a Nollywood celebrity that many female fans had a soft spot for and were readily milling around him. He had the charisma and carriage of a man who is a professional at his craft. He was simply stunning.

News making the rounds is that the veteran actor is now a grandfather as his son, Oghenekome Mofe and his wife Eniola Abiodun have just been delivered of a baby.

The couple got married two years ago at the Chapel of Christ The Light Church, Alausa, Ikeja with the reception at Grandeur Event Center, Oregun. governor of Delta State, Emmanuel Uduaghan and his wife Roli Nere Uduaghan, the wife of the deputy governor of Delta State, Dr. (Mrs) Nelly Utuama, and Celebrities like Teju Babyface, Bovi, Ali baba, Okey Bassi graced the event.

RMD became the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State in January 2009.
