Shun ‘Stomach Infrastructure--Cobhams Asuquo Warns Nigerians
Top music producer, Cobhams Asuquo has advised Nigerians not to sell their birth rights for food like the Biblical Esau.
Cobhams is one of the best hands in beats making in Africa and has won several awards for doing the job he knows how to do best.
He has produced songs that have refused to leave fans' playlist and charts.
Joining his colleagues to warn Nigerians ahead of the forthcoming general polls in Nigeria, Cobhams advocated for free and fair elections.
He advised the electorates to stay away from politicians who may promise them 'stomach infrastructure' a terminology introduced by Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State during his election campaign ahead of the 2014 gubernatorial election in the state.
He asked, "How do we reach out to the majority who are not on Twitter to tell them that when you vote in exchange for rice, cash or recharge cards.
"You have already received your education, your good roads, your stable power, and empowerment in the form of rice, cash and we charge cards."
