Veteran actor and filmmaker, Antar Laniyan, has been tipped to be honoured by the entire Rotary International of D9125 comprising 24 states of the federation.

The actor, we gathered, was nominated for the award which will be held Saturday, 4 June, by Alhaji Kazeem Adio, the former Secretary to the State Government (SSG) of Osun State.

Scheduled to hold at the Leisure Spring Hotel, Osogbo, Osun State, other eminent Nigerians, who have been outstanding in their chosen fields, will also be honoured at the event.

Elated Laniyan, described the development as one of the good things to happen in his lifetime. He said that no matter how small, the fact that people appreciate his job is a big achievement to him.
