Yesterday, January 17, 2015, President Goodluck Jonathan visited the Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Achebe's office while on his second to Niger bridge project site at the Onitsha-Asaba axis as part of activities marking his official presidential campaign tour to Anambra state.
At the palace, Igwe Alfred Achebe, the traditional ruler urged President Goodluck Jonathan, who was present at his palace to reconcile the differences between Governor of Anambra state, Chief Willie Obiano and his predecessor, Chief Peter Obi.
After a little peace talk for both parties, they were asked to give each a brotherly hug and they did, bearing in mind that in politics there are no permanent friends and no permanent enemies.
