Pray For Nigeria—Iyanya, Wizkid Beg Fans
The forthcoming 2015 general election in Nigeria has continued create tension among Nigerians with many people expressing fears over the polls.
Already, candidates of the different political parties vying for various positions have started wooing electorates to vote for them.
But events over the weekend have further raised fears that the polls might be marred with violence.
It would be recalled that in Jos, Plateau State, a campaign bus of President Goodluck Jonathan was set ablaze by some angry youth, while days after, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State was bombed by some unknown arsonists.
The duo of Iyanya and Wizkid, both popular music artistes in Nigeria, have urged their fans to pray for the country. They asked Nigerians should pray for a divine intervention as the February elections draws closer.
