It has been observed that star Yoruba actress and wife of veteran actor, Sunday Omobolanle aka Pappy Luwe, Peju, is afraid of newsmen. The reason for this is what we are still trying to unravel.

At several occasions, where this beautiful actress, who is a sister to a veteran Yoruba film director, who died some years ago, Yomi Ogunmola, attends, she makes sure she avoids granting interviews to journalists.

What she does whenever she gets to events is to walk straight to her seat, dodge questions from inquisitive newsmen who approach her.

Peju Ogunmola does not even attempt to utter a word, whether in Yoruba or English language.

This act of hers has made some people wonder if she is afraid of expressing herself in English language.

What surprises some people is that she is never afraid of facing photo journalists inside the hall of the events she attends. She even poses well for photographs as against her attitude to newsmen on the red carpets.

If Peju or anyone close to her is reading this, they should let her know that her fans will want to know why she does not want to talk to the press. They (fans) would also want to know about her latest project, and she should endeavour to talk to newsmen either in Yoruba or English language.
