'Celebrate' crooner, Waconzy, is in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria to help fight malaria spurge in the region.

It would be recalled that in 2013, the Waconzy's silver-spoon foundation launched the Waconzy Versus Malaria Zero Tolerance Campaign in Lagos and it has been observed that since then, many Nigerians have benefited from the initiative.

Waconzy's passion for the reduction in the malaria related deaths has made him used the 'Waconzy vs Malaria' campaign to save several lives. Many treated mosquito nets, anti-malaria drugs have been donated to Nigerians.

In his words, "Malaria is the biggest enemy of the human race. Malaria kills about 3,000 children daily and about 2 million people yearly. I believe we cannot keep waiting on the government, that's why I took it upon myself to be an agent of change and touch as many lives as possible via my 'Waconzy Versus Malaria 2' campaign. I am also calling on more Nigerians to join the fight against malaria so that we can save more lives together."

Meanwhile, fans of the singer fans have continued to commend this gesture.
