The manufacturer of Onga seasoning powder, Promasidor Nigeria Limited has announced its 2 years contract with a Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw to re-campaign and market its product nationwide between 2008 and 2009.

The purpose of the new marketing strategy is to re-build the impression of the initial advert that the Onga seasoning powder can only be used by elderly women.

Henshaw would be seen in 15 orientation camps of the National Youth Service Corps,
cooking competitions in 20 campuses, 20 locations of the new yam festival, 15 places of the Northern Dauren Aure festival and many more.

According to the Managing Director, Promasidor, Mr. Keith Richards, the new campaign would run in different places of the country using Henshaw to attract ladies towards the use of the product when cooking.

In her response, Henshaw claimed to be a good cook and expressed her joy over the contract.
