Four Nollywood Actors Gets Free Scholarship To Further Their Education (See Photos)
Acting they say, is not a most that you must be a graduate before you can delve into it. That is why the Nollywood industry is one of Nigeria's highest employers of labour. The industry has been able to provide job for many people who would have been seeking white collar jobs in various organisations.
Recently, the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), endorsed Sani Danja, Francis Duru, Doris Simon and Chioma Chukuka, as Ambassadors of the institution.
Apart from being an ambassador of the institution, they were also offered scholarships to study in the institution. Sani Danja got a scholarship to study Peace and Conflict Resolution, while Doris Simo, picked English, Francis Duru, Picked Peace and Conflict Resolution, while Chioma Chukuka, is yet to pick a course.
This was made in light to create awareness to the public and encourage them to register with the online university at an affordable rate and have access to easy learning where no student is too old or young to partake.
