Organizers of the prestigious beauty contest, Miss Global Nigeria (MGN) has announced the hosts for the 2014 edition of the event, which is billed to hold on Sunday, July 20, 2014 in Lagos. Prominent celebrities and public figures are also being lined up for the glamorous ceremony.

Some weeks ago, the first runner-up of 2013 edition of MGN, Antai Victoria, made Nigeria proud when she emerged second in the National Costume category at the just concluded Miss Progress International pageant. She also made through as one of the five-woman standing.

In 2010, the beauty competition had important personalities like Koffi, Basketmouth, Lepacious Bose, Daniella Okeke, while in 2011, 'Who-Wants-To-Be-A-Millionaire-anchor, Frank Edohor, actor Femi Adebayo and actress Cynthia Amadi hosted the event.

The year after, Stella Damasus and ace broadcaster, Israel Edjeren, and in 2013, Funke Akindele, Gbenga Adeyinka, Mercy Aigbe-Gentry and Funke Kuti kept the high profile audience spellbound.

This year, the tradition continues and the organizers have concluded arrangements to have Desmond Elliot, Tunde 'Tee A' Adewale and international talk show host from Dublin, Republic of Ireland, Tina Akinola, to thrill the audience.

The final screening hold on the 8th of July, 2014.
