Another Nollywood Actress died

The Nigerian movie industry called Nollywood, has been thrown into mourning yet again as another veteran actress, Margaret Umanah, died few days ago in a ghastly motor accident along the Lagos-Benin Expressway.

Margaret, who was one of the biggest actresses in the South-East, was based in Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State, and was a very popular and active member in the industry and would be remembered for her roles in some Ibibio indigenous movies like 'Eka Abasi', a blockbuster epic local movie.

According to foremost movie producer and director in the state, Moses Eskor, a condolence meeting has be held in her honour .
Margaret Umanah's death brings to five, the number of movie practitioners who have died since the beginning of this year.

May her soul rest in peace…..
