Following Monday's release of the video showing the abducted girls by the Boko Haram, popular comedian, MC Abbey, has expressed doubts over the authencity of the said video made public by the terrorist group. BREAD IT HERE

The latest visual released by the group has sparked several reactions and some believe the video is not real as there was not even a member of Boko Haram with the girls, except their leader, Abubakar Shekau, who talked about negotiating with the federal government in exchange for members held in custody by security forces.

MC Abbey, in a chat with Nollywoodgists.com, agreed that the girls were actually kidnapped, but does not find any authenticity of the video as there are lots of irregularities in the information from the number of girls abducted. He said the testimony of the principal and that of the Borno state government were different. Some parents of the missing girls have also cast doubts on the authenticity of the video because they couldn't identity their kids in it.

The comedian feels if the government negotiates with the sect, it will lay a bad foundation for the country and its fight against terrorism.
