Enugu Gov., Sullivan Chime Endorses Tricia Esiegbe's 'Psychologist'

The Governor of Enugu State, Sullivan Chime has commended prolific actress-cum-TV presenter, Tricia Eseigbe Kerry for coming up with 'The Pathologist', an initiative aimed at creating a public awareness campaign programme on child sexual abuse in the society. The Governor described 'The Psychologist' as a worthy programme that should be embraced by all.

Welcoming Tricia and her Boldfaces International crew to the Lion Building State House in Enugu, Governor Chime urged all stakeholders to partake in the education and fight against child sexual abuse and protection of children nationwide.

He promised to do everything within his powers to support 'The Psychologist On The Move' tour of Enugu State, appealing to the crew to visit every communities in state to educate parents on ways to protect their children from sexual predators.

Speaking further, the Governor praised the Nigerian Police on the groundbreaking partnership it had with Tricia's 'Psychologist' few months ago. He advised the IGP, MD Abubakar, who was represented by the Commissioner of Police in Enugu State, Abubakar Mohammed Adamu, to see to the success of the project in the state.

He urged the Police to get justice for victims of child sexual abuse, appealing to the CP to advice all DPOs in the state to enforce arrest and persecution of offenders.

Tricia Esiegbe Kerry has taken her 'Psychologist On The Move' tour to Niger Delta and eastern states, advocating for the rights children in the regions. The beautiful and hardworking lady has visited the governors of Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Imo, Ebonyi, Akwa Ibom, Cross Rivers, Abia and Abuja.
