Paul Okoye Didn’t React To Break-Up Tale On Facebook-Publicist Tells Nigeriafilms.com

Last week, there were widespread speculations that the P-Square brothers were splitting, which have drawn reactions from their fans and some celebrities as well. The social media platforms have also not stopped buzzing with various comments on the issue. In all, none of the singers have reacted to the tales.

It would be recalled that the elder brother of the duo, Jude Okoye, had posted on his social media page with Twitter that “After over 10yrs of hard work, it's over. am done,” which fueled the rumour in the first place.

Yesterday, news hit the blogosphere that one of the brothers, Paul Okoye, reacted to the rumour, going by a Facebook post by a purported account run by Paul. “After the storm comes the calm. Hoping for better days ahead as one family. God's intervention,” the said Facebook account had said.

In our fact finding mission, after Nollywoodgists.com spotted the said posts, we contacted P-Square's publicist, Bayo Adetu to confirm if Paul Okoye actually posted the said response on the internet.

Mr. Adetu informed us that Paul Okoye does not operate a Facebook account.

Nollywoodgists.com also found out that two separate accounts on Facebook purportedly run by the singer made the posts. The first one with the name, Paul Okoye (P-Square), made the post on April 20 just as the other account (Paul Nonso Okoye). The two accounts have same picture profiles.
