Information reaching Nollywoodgists.com shows that popular Yoruba actor, Femi Adebayo was attacked by some hoodlums in Ilorin, Kwara State on Monday. The son of veteran movie actor, Adebayo Salami, better known as Oga Bello, was attacked by suspected street urchins during a movie shoot in the state capital.

We gathered that the actor was in his home state for a movie shoot in Tanke area of the state capital when some suspected thugs demanded for some money before they could shoot in the area, a demand that was reportedly not met by the film crew.

The hoodlums attacked the actor and the other members of the production crew, Nollywoodgists.com learnt from a resident of the area, who informed us about the unfortunate incident, which claimed the life of one person.

It was further divulged to us that the Femi Adebayo, well known as 'Jelili', a character he played in one of his self-produced flicks, was later rushed to the hospital for treatment.
