Few days ago, Yeni Kuti's ex-husband, Femi Segun, died days after he was involved in a power bike accident. His demise on Friday, March 21, 2014, was shocking to many who knew him very well.

Even though the deceased and Yeni, late Fela Anikulapo-Kuti had separated before his death, she couldn't still hold back her tears the man died. A source close to Yeni said this: ”She hasn't stopped crying since the accident happened. We've not seen her like this before”.

Yeni and Femi produced a daughter, Rolari, 26, from their marriage. She is a graduate from Leads University in England. Femi also had a 14 year old daughter, Fakemi, from another marriage.
