Few months after floating a new youth group, 'The Movie Ambassador' from the Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (ANTP), all is now set for the body's first election, which will usher in its leaders.

Information reaching Nollywoodgists.com confirms that TMA would hold a retreat from Friday, April 4 to Sunday, April 6, 2014. During the retreat, members would be elected into executive positions.

We learnt that this would take place in Oko Afo, Badagry, Lagos.

On February 14, 2014, the new group was launched in Lagos. TMA boasts of top Nollywood actors like Saidi Balogun, Mercy Aigbe, Yomi Fabiyi and others.

TMA was created during the legal tussle between Dele Odule and Victor Ashaolu over who becomes President of ANTP. Few weeks ago, an Ibadan court declared Ashaolu as President of the body.
