XTREME CREW SET EUROPE ON FIRE

The formidable musical band, Xtreme crew led by the dynamic music director, Tim Godfrey has just returned to the country from their 8-week Europe tour. The tour which took them round the cities of London performing at 35 musical concerts/events with the 11-man band, we learnt, was a successful trip and has marked as a new beginning in the life of the entire members of the band. Aside the varied music presentations the Xtreme Crew band embarked upon in Europe, their latest effort musical video, Hero, which was primarily meant for international promotions, we gathered, was atop the top 10 chart in Ben TV, Passion and other cable/Satellite TVs in Europe.

Tim Godfrey and D Xtreme crew is a music-ministry evangelism-oriented group poises to providing professional gospel concerts and shows nationwide with the minds of revolutionised African music fused with western fills.

The former partners of the gospel singer, Sammy Okposo, Tim Godfrey and D Xtreme Crew before their tour to Europe some months back had performed professionally in over 500 events in and out of the country within the space of three years. The music group performed with the likes of Sunny Nneji, Sammy Okposo, Foluke Umosen in South Africa during the Kora Awards, 2005. Also, they had a wonderful performance in Ghana during Ghana Music Awards, 2006. Toured five States in America in June, 2006, was part of the Inter-State tour with Nigerian high-rate gospel singers by a U.K. based music company 'Set Him Off Music Ministry' in Sept, 2007.

Ever since the return of the band from their Europe tour, they have been moving from one media house to the other promoting their much-awaited song, Hero, which video, readily is making waves in Nigeria's celebrated top 10s, music shows etc. The album which is thoroughly diagnosed to meet international standard has been rated by the public as a must-have or every home.

The band which is empowered for the Kingdom expansion has Nigeria's five strongest voices, Adesuwa Omoagbe, Blessing Austyn, Philip Abel, Chinwe Orji, Yemisi Ashaolu reeling out vocals in the album while professionally talented music icons, Nnana Dominic, Sunday Nweke, Mairo Ochocho, Perpentual Ikechukwu, Paul Martins under the leadership of Tim Godfrey spiced up things n the album.
