The Ghana Movie Awards has come under fire days after it was held. Some producers whose works were nominated are not happy with the organizers and Leila Djansi is one of them. She has been vocal about it and she seems to be getting attention from what she is crying foul about. Joselyn Dumas had been nominated as a supporting actress in a movie Leila Djansi directed and Djansi has express her displeasure over the award categories.

She wrote on the social media “Ghana Movie Awards, what on earth? How can Joselyn Dumas be nominated in supporting actress, when the entire story of A Northern Affair was told from her point of view? Guys guys guys, if we are going to do something let us do it right. Please. We can't continue like this. Get it together and get it right. GMA is a laudable enterprise but it needs to grow in the right direction.”

So many question had sort for answers since the awards had come and gone but the question still remains that how can the organizers make mistake. Leila Djansi however walked home with eight awards amidst physical face off that almost tear the awards night apart. The 2013 entertainment calendar year came to close with the Ghana Movie Awards held at the Accra International Conference Centre on the 30th of December, 2013.
