Justice Bubba of a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has adjourned till January 14, 2014 a matter brought before the court involving Brymo and Chocolate City.

The record is begging the court to stop Brymo from releasing or performing his songs anywhere in the world until the contract he has with them expires in 2015.

Choc City was represented in court yesterday by one Miss C.O Madubuko from L & A Legal Consultants. It was learnt that the singer is yet to be served with the necessary court papers.

Brymo was absent in court yesterday when the matter came up for hearing.
