Ibinabo Mourns Deji Falae's Death In Lagos Air Disaster

The President of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Ibinabo Fiberesima has joined others to mourn the untimely death of Ondo State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Deji Falae, who died in the ill-fated plane crash in Lagos on Thursday morning.

The ex-beauty queen expressed shock over the death of the talented lawyer, who she said has immensely helped the guild's chapter in Ondo State.

Ibinabo, in a statement, disclosed that, "Deji was an extra ordinary, friendly and humble person who has helped developed creativity and Tourisn in the sunshine state. He was a good friend of AGN and supported all our members and projects in Ondo state."

"We pray God to give the family and all those he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and may his gentle soul and indeed souls of all the departed rest in eternal peace," she added.

Meanwhile, the AGN boss has "urged the relevant authorities to conduct extensive investigations in to the immediate and remote causes of the crash with a view to preventing future occurrence."

"This is one crash too many and it has become an embarrassment to our dear country," she concluded.
