Music star and high-life singer, Flavour has threatened to sue one of his colleagues with a lawsuit. The Anambra State-born artiste is angry with an artiste called Rydda, who also hails from the same place as Flavour in Anambra; Orumba, for allegedly infringing on his intellectual property.

According to what we gathered, Rydda, whose real name is Chukwudi Awadike, allegedly used Flavour's Chinny Baby instrumental in his new single entitled 'Confession'.

Flavour's management are said to be angry with Rydda and are thinking of slamming the artiste with a lawsuit in form of theft to intellectual property.

It was further gathered that a permission was not sought before its use nor credits given to them as the rightful owners of the controversial instrumental.

As at press time, Flavour's manager could not be reached on phone by Nollywoodgists.com as his mobile phone was not reachable.
