Controversial comedian, Ayo Makun otherwise known as AY has apologised for his joke on 'bad boy' Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke.

The homourist did a gag on Jim Iyke's contentious deliverance at TB Joshua's church in Lagos last year. The yarn, which was done by AY, also had Helen Paul in it and directed at Tonto Dikeh, another controversial figure.

Reacting to the joke, Jim Iyke slammed AY and called him classless human being.

Tendering his apology for hitting out at the actor, AY stated that he was not classless as Jim Iyke described him. He disclosed further that the joke wasn't designed to be detrimental in any way, “but if you see it that way, bro, I got nothing but love for you,” AY said.
