Condemned Al-Mustapha Builds Multimillion Naira Mosque Inside Kirikiri Prisons …Invites Top Nigerians For Commissioning

By Gbadamosi Olufemi/Globalexcellence mag

To say that incarceration of Major Al-Mustapha has been a blessing for inmates in Kirikiri Maximum Prison at Ikoyi is not an overstatement. Though, members of family of the late Gen. Sani Abacha's Chief Security Officer prayed and wanted their son and breadwinner to be set free and come back home safely. Different strokes, they say for different folks; for Kirikiri prisoners, Major Al-Mustapha is indeed a God-sent to them.

Reason being that ever since he was transferred to Kirikiri, the inmates have been milking from his kindness and directly or indirectly benefiting from those that visit him. However, latest information reaching us revealed that Major Al-Mustapha, irrespective of his present predicament, he's still thankful to God and he has not abandoned God.

He is also said to have built a mosque inside the Kirikiri for other prisoners who are Muslims to be able to worship God and move closer to Him. Those who should know divulged to us that the mosque was commissioned few weeks back and some top dignitaries in the country were there to commission the mosque with AL-Mustapha. Our impeccable source intoned that some senators of the federal Republic of Nigeria and other important personalities in the country were on hand to cut the tape.
