10 SONGS THAT SHOULD NOT GO UNNOTICED IN 2013.

Just in a few days off the 2013 calendar, many songs have hit the airwaves by established acts and new arrivals. Truth be told, the year seems very different from the past and I can say that 2013 will be a year of good music.

This year already has singles by the likes of P square, Olamide, LKT, and several others. Even a couple new arrivals and upcoming acts haven't done badly this year.

Amidst all the songs that have been released this year, here is a list of 1o songs which can be downloaded on almost all reputable music websites.

These are songs that should not go unnoticed in 2013. They are songs that not only fall into the category of good music, but they communicate.

This list is unordered.

FOUND MY WIFE – CAPITAL FEMI:

Although not a brand new song, but it was officially released off his year of RnB album. This song is not the conventional love song.

This is deep. The acoustic is a wow. Wonder why it took this song so long to stand out, I guess it waited for the best valentine season. I found my wife by Capital FEMI is a song for all lovers, weddings and love events. It is soul soothing. This defines love.

AFRICAN HAIR – LESU LEMON:

With testimony from the afro beat maestro, Seun Kuti, this song by Lesu Lemon comfortably sits in the genre of Afro beat. This is indeed not another convention. African Hair defines modern day Afro beat.

This is so original. A couple days after release saw him get a tweet endorsement from Seun Kuti. Lesu Lemon is obviously an act who believes in his style of music and ready to live by it.

THE KICK – WANDE COAL:

This at the moment is the most viral song of 2013. Another exclusive hit by the original black diamond on which he featured the original producer Don Jazzy.

This song doesn't have to demand airplay. It is found on every playlist and mixtape. It stands out from beat to lyrics. It is not conventional hiphop. It is a song in a distinct class of its own. Kudos to Wande Coal for this one, a whole lot is always expected from this black dude, yet he not only keep up the tempo, he improves his game.

GO DOWN – JAY MARCUS:

This is one great song by the Nigboro crooner. This dude's voice stings. So beautiful that he comfortably sits on any beat. His connection with Fliptyce on this one is spectacular.

Highly impeccable. I always knew Nigboro wasn't the best of him. He starts 2013 with an indeed great song. A whole lot is expected of him as the year goes by.

INSANE GIRL – B_RED:

I know a lot of people would have expected less from this young man, but all thanks to B_Red for the disappointment. This is indeed a great song. Davido held the hook to the song down so well.

HKN's new signing B_Red is not in any way a disappointment with his first official single. His verses were indeed good. Davido killed Shizzy's beat with a verse of less than 30 seconds. Obviously, this clan of young men have a whole lot up their sleeves.

LOVE YOU MORE – LUMEENOUS:

The first time I heard this song on Cool Fm, it got me asking who that was. I finally got his name and in few words I can conclude that this young man is a great singer.

He is an act that should be watched out for. He was more than being impressive on Spanky's beat. This song is soon to be a love song of all time. It will compete with any RnB song anyday. Although news reveal that he has been around a while, but I can beat my chest to say that this song is just right to further establish him in the music factory.

FIND YOU – BANKY W:

Banky W comes back with his new album RnBW. Although his EME camp isn't having the best of times at the moment due to the recent break up with Starboi WizKid, but this hasn't stopped Mr. Bankole from doing his thing.

He still defines good music. Find you is another very great love song. Another incredible one from the man who has always shown us his capability. The beautiful slow tempo alongside his sonorous voice just makes a perfect match

IF YOU LIKE – TYMBA:

This dude might seem like a fresh out, but he is indeed not. His first official single E FILE featuring Reminisce was and is a cracker. Now he comes with an official single for 2013, if you like, another hit produced by Fliptyce, mixed and mastered by Indomix.

This is a song that is already enjoying airplay on most southwestern radios. This song is a god one by a new arrival. Kudos to Tymba for his one. Highly impressive!

ANTI SOCIAL – MORELL:

This young northerner actually went antisocial on this one. This is another deviation from his norm. this dude is always keeping up the standards. With a hit such as Oxygen, Morell is keeping his game up. Olamide's feature on this is quite unique.

This combination is dope. Morell since inception has always been a young man to watch out for. He is indeed set for the big stages

BABY TO LUMINATI:

The Effizy crooner M TAL drops a fresh one on the eve of his birthday. This is one for the dance floors. The beat is calling, makes you nod your head and want to whine your waste.

This is a very important song for every party playlist. Baby to luminati is one song that should not go unnoticed in 2013. It is a jam. I personally look forward to more songs to further establish this young man in the game.
