Tell us a-bit about yourself and your achievements in the entertainment industry so far?

My name is Adetunji mustapha Ayinde-Marshal, the son of the legendary king of fuji music k1 de ultimate. I attend york university in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and in three months I ll be done with my degree. I'm an entrepreneur and I started marshal records to help talented artist get heard and help develop those who really want to be part of the world of music. Those who love it deeply

You have four (4) notable people doing music in your family, Your father who is a living Fuji legend, Your sister who is doing very well and you and your Kid Bro too. Would you say there is a healthy competition between you and the others?

No competition period. She's a very good singer and I'm great at what I do as well. both of us on a track means greatness.
My kid brother sultan is someone everyone should look out for.

Why are you not doing Fuji ? considering the fact your father has already set a legacy, don't you think that needs to be carried on to the next generation?

They are other ways the legacy can be carried on and this is one of them. It's not necessary I do Fuji. The most important thing is that the legacy is carried on and this is another way for the legacy to continue.

You are getting a lot of acceptance, what inspires your music?

Things I witness in life play a huge part on my inspiration. So therefore, this is one reason it's accepted by my fans. My newest song "loke" is gaining buzz because many people can relate with the song." Loke"means the top, a place everyone wanna reach in whatever they are doing in life.

I witnessed many folks work hard to reach the top and I'm just complementing them with a song like" loke", so they can reach for more. You want to reach the top, I want to reach the top and same with everyone reading this interview. So let's all of us reach for "loke" in the last days of 2012 and in 2013.

Do you have plans for any major collaborations with the likes of Psquare , Dbanj and the likes who have gained international recognitions?

Yes yes and yes once more. I really like D'banj's and Psquare's style of music and I think we can make great music and a monster hit once we get the chance to work together.

However, there's one artist I really want to collaborate with and that's ASA. I know it's too late to have her on my coming " corner stone" album because technically I'm done with all I needed to do in order to make it a great work of art, but I guarantee you there's something coming from me and ASA on my second album. I want to work with Tuface (I hail o TuBaba), 9ice, wiz kid, don jazzy and many of them because they re all great at what they do. My respect to them all.

You have worked with some top notch producers, what's your relationship with them like, and how have they influenced your music so far ?

I've worked it jay stunt, big terry, crown tracks, next level production, swanky beats, block of sounds and sentury status. This producers are my friends and some I call brothers, because we don't just relate on music terms alone.

We are like one family eating from the same plate and laughing at the same jokes. they understand me, the kind of beat I want and how i want it. If I'm trying to speak my mind I know who to call and he's going to give me exactly what I want. Some even teach me what I should do on the beat if I'm not feeling the beat.

So therefore, it's brotherhood and more than making music when it comes to my producers. Furthermore, all of them influenced me greatly because of the love for the music and not just money.

My engineer, verse of glowsticks would have me record and finish mixing and mastering before asking for a penny. My other producers like nine diamonds, atomic beats,shadowville production and adelmaks operate on the same pattern and that's one thing that made this journey easy. I say thank you to them all.

Celebrity status has its own challenges, what are yours and how have you managed the fame ?

My own challenge is that I have to go out more often than I use to before, but its for the sake of what I love and have deep passion for, so I'm fine. In addition, fame is defined as a misunderstanding gathered around a new name. So I don't let it get to me because I tell my self when I look in the mirror that " I'm who I"m when no one is watching and I ll be the same person when everything is gone" so I just remain my self and continue to do music from the heart.
