The much hyped UK premiere of multiple award-winning movie, 'Tango With Me' was held last week. The event, as sources revealed to us, was well attended.

Before the premiere, Genevieve Nnaji and Benjamin, who were the pivotal characters, headlined it and were expected to attend the premiere in order to add colour to it.

But it was a surprise, as a source told Nollywoodgists.com, when only Joseph Benjamin turned up for the premiere. According to a source, Genny, as Genevieve is fondly called, may have been in the US while the movie premiere was going on in the UK.

When we enquired if the movie producer may have been the fault for this or Genny, we were made to understand that an undisclosed sponsor of her trip to the event, which is a third party, may have been responsible for her absence at the event.

As at press time, we were unable to contact Genevieve or her publicist, Vanessa Amadi to comment on this issue.
