Before the governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) absolved himself of blame in the reckless arrest of ladies by the police for indecent dressing, a lot of Nigerians have been echoing their views about the police's action.

One of such is Nigerian hip hop sensation and international award -winning musician Tuface Idibia, who described the arrest as infringement on the rights of the citizen by the police .

The African Queen crooner, we heard, said if the police is so desirous of arresting people, then Pastor Chris Oyakhilome ought to be arrested by the police, and the reason for this he said is because of his jerry curled hair; to him (Tuface) "if they can arrest a man with dreadlocks and earrings, why not a man with jerry curl" he reportedly querried.
