City People Celebrates K-Solo After Publishing Damaging Story About Him
Last week, one of Nigeria's soft-sell magazines, City People published an interview about music producer, K-Solo's wife, Kikelomo alleging physical assault on her by her husband.
The interview, which was posted online by Nollywoodgists.com, soon generated heated reactions from readers later on. This was then followed by exclusive pictures released by Nollywoodgists.com showing Kike's battered face.
Hours later, Nollywoodgists.com exclusively posted K-Solo's official statement on the controversial issue.
In a conflicting twist, according to what we have, City People has set to celebrate and launch K-Solo's music album later this month.
On June 24 at Club Vegas, behind Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, City People will host K-Solo for his 'Mr Pedigree' album release and listening party.
Artistes expected to perform at the event are Flavour Nabania, Dj Zeez, Adol, Ay.com, ID Cabasa, Mr Olu, Yetunde Omo Ibadan, Cohbams, Kennis Music all star, Klever Jay, Kefee, Danny Young, Lord Of Ajasa, Sound Sultan, Ruggedman, and many surprise artists.
Guest appearances are by Queen Ayo Balogun, Chief (Dr) Asaolu, Dr Seye Kehinde, Pasuma, Opa 6 and Wired crew.
DJ Jimmy Jatt is the DJ of the day while comedian, Omobaba will anchor the event.
