"HOW MOVIE DIRECTORS EMBARRASSED ME SEXUALLY" – ACTRESS CUM BROADCASTER, TOYIN OLANREWAJU OPENS UP

Beautiful actress cum broadcaster, Toyin Olanrewaju has opened up to Showbiz on her experience in the movie industry.

“It's true they demand for sex, you have to start from the executive producer of the film, the movie director would also want you to sleep with him, even the cameramen, the light men, virtually everybody from different sections demand for sex for you to feature in a film. In fact, actresses saw hell in their hands, because male were more than female, in those days, but now that we have plenty ladies, I learnt it is the ladies that seduce them now,” Toyin revealed.

Coupled with that Toyin Olanrewaju who has featured in more than 30 movies including an Hausa TV drama series disclosed that, she finds herself more comfortable among men rather than women. She told Showbiz that she relates with men more conveniently, especially the reasonable and the intellectual ones among them. “No matter what people say men are my best friends,” she revealed.

Despite that soft spoken and quiet looking Toyin who's married and blessed with children clocked 41 years old February 6, 2006, her smallish stature will convince you that she is in her early 30s. “A lot of people thought I'm a spinster in my nearly 30s, but I was 41 years old on February 6 th this year and by God's grace I'm a complete woman with children. My husband shuttles between abroad and Nigeria,” she said.

Apart from being an actress, and a broadcaster, Toyin who anchors “Rokeke” on Galaxy TV, “Faaji Repete” on MITV, “Alagbada Special” on LTV 8, “Awokopade Ega” on Radio Lagos is also an entertainment person to the core, she is a party planner, 'Alaga Iduro', 'Alaga Ijoko' to mention but a few.

She came into broadcasting about six years ago, but according to her she was encouraged into broadcasting by her secondary school teachers who saw the flair in her. After her secondary education, she proceeded to Oyo College of Education, now Osun College Ilesha, Osun State.

Her mentor in broadcasting are Ronke Ayuba and Gbenga Adeboye while her mentor in movie industry is Adebayo Salami a.k.a Oga Bello, but sees Shola Shobowale as her motivator.

Her greatest plan this year is to produce her own movie, as she advised the upcoming actresses to be focused and know what they are doing.
