Come Sunday July 31st at the Household of God Church, Ikeja Lagos, celebs, family and friends of ace actor and Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Delta State, Mr.Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), will gather to celebrate his 50th birthday.

RMD who clocked 50 on Wednesday July6, 2011 and who is the children's pastor at the Rev.Chris Okotie led church, has already kick started the celebrations.

His boss, Gov.Emmanuel Uduaghan, we learnt from reliable sources in Asaba, chose his birthday, to inaugurate the new exco where, RMD is one of the returning Commissioners. This turned the oath taking ceremony to big party, with the Governor leading others to extol the man who is respected as perhaps, the best actor on the scene in the last 20years.

The main party however, will hold on Sunday 31st July, and his wife Jumobi popularly called (JMD), is cooking up a one in town bash to mark her husband's entry into the golden age.
