Report reaching us reveals that the first and only son of late Prophet Elijah Akinade, founder of CAC Lion of Judah Church, Obafemi has taken the late father's church and he is fully in charge.

Report further reveal that before his father's demise, Prophet Elijah Akinade, called the elders and pastors of the church and anointed his Son Obafemi with oil which he had prayed on for 17 months in 17 different countries of the world and declared him successor.
We also learnt that on that special occasion, the Father prayed for him for one and half hours and he was also with the father in Abuja when he died.

Aside all these,Obafemi who mounted his father's pulpit to preach on Thursday May 12,2011 for the very first time reminded the congregation how the father had anointed him as his successor before the Church elders and pastors before his sudden death and asked the entire church members worldwide to be strong and prayerful in these trying times. This was before the father's burial.
