PORTSMOUTH FC of England player and former Nigeria inernational, Kanu Nwankwo, is receiving the loudest ovation as he plans to quit active international football.

The sportsman, who has laced boots for different football clubs in Europe and won many laurels in his professional career is expected to bring the fun home as a gala/dinner is expected to hold in his honour today in Lagos.

The dinner, which will come after a testimonial match is planned by friends, fans and colleagues of the top-flight footballer, who is the darling of many football lovers all over the world.
