Afrobeats star, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has urged his fans and followers to disregard any meme coin.

‎ ‎Burna Boy made this declaration following the trend of a meme coin in his name on the popular microblogging platform X formerly known as Twitter.

‎ ‎Reacting to it on his Instagram page, the singer stressed that he does not participate in any "coin" business, adding that he sees it as a fraud.

‎ ‎He urged them to disregard and report anyone using his name to promote such.

‎ ‎He wrote: ‎"I don’t do any internet “coin” business. I see it as fraud and I have no interest in any of that. So if you see anyone using my name for such, pls disregard or report them.”
