i'm fairly fit! However since i've trstaed jogging and cycling i've gained 4Ibs!! Thats in 3 months! During the week i rarely eat more than the GDA of calories but still i'm not losing any weight. I'm not overweight, (i'm 5ft2 and weighed 8st9 last night! However i was wearing fairly heavy clothes so i may only be 8st7) but i just want to be more toned up. I really want to tone my stomach and arms but my wrist is pretty week since i broke it 8 months ago and i don't feel confident putting too much pressure on it, apart from horse riding. Would sit ups be good for toning my stomach or is there a better way??Sorry this is so long! I just expected to be losing weight not gaining it!! xx
