I’m Not Leaving Music for Now…Yemi Alade
Many Nigerian celebrities especially in the entertainment industry are not relenting in their efforts to diversify so as not to depend on only one source of income and singer Yemi Alade, is just fitting into the trend.
Recently, the singer unveiled her first ever jewelry collection tagged, “YemiAlade Collection,” which according to her is to help promote the true essence of an African woman to the world.
The public unveiling of the jewelry collection which will take place in November, 2015, according to the singer is an exclusive range of exotic costume jewellery which is being inspired by the career and her personality towards showcasing Africa as a continent.

Yemi stated that her new line of business will definitely not affect her music career as she will continue to chunk out great musical hits to her fans.
In her words, “The jewellery is also an avenue to represents an average African woman and the project is for African continent. I am also promising my fans that these my new business will not affect my giving them wonderful hits which is what I know how to do best which is music as I know how to do many things at the same time. I also have plans of putting guys in the picture, will work towards bringing their own stuffs.”
