Pasuma, Others For Yoruba Actress, Yetunde Wunmi’s ‘35 Years On Stage’
All is now set for the celebration of one of the veterans in the Yoruba movie industry, Yetunde Wunmi. The talented actress, who is still a force to be reckoned with in the industry, will roll out drums to mark her 35 years in the game.
Yetunde Wunmi has come a long way in the business and she is still waxing stronger, commanding juicy movie roles and producing block-busting films.
She has concluded plans to gather her family, associates and fans together at the Nelo's Place, which is tucked on Yomi Oshikoya Drive, behind Etiebet Place, off Bank Anthony, Ikeja, Lagos. The occasion will hold on Sunday, June 7, 2015 by 12 noon.
Top Fuji musician, Pasuma Wonder has been billed to thrill guests at the event, which that day will also be used to premiere her new movie, which is centred on her.
Yetunde Wunmi was born Taiwo Akinwande.
Some years ago, she had an ordeal with the NDLEA at the Lagos Airport. The case almost ruined her movie career, but after the incident, she bounced back.
