Sexy actress, Lizzy Eze is a new-comer, but she will play the female lead role in award-winning author, Onyeka Nwelue's debut film, The Distant Light.

The Distant Light is about the river goddess, Ogbuide of Oguta Lake and has been regarded as a special figure in African mythology. The story is loosely based on the non-fictional work of anthropology by German ethnographer, Sabine Jell-Bahlsen, who spent up 26 in Oguta, living and writing about the people.

A graduate of Abia State University, Lizzy will star in this adventure flick alongside AMAA-winning actress and ace singer, Onyeka Onwenu, OC Ukeje, David Nnaji, Kachiri Nnochiri, Paulcy Iwuala and Indian actor, Arun Jay.

The Distant Light will be premiered in India and Nigeria.
